After two cruising the Ruby Princess through the Panama Canal and also To Alaska, I share the many Ruby Princess dining experiences on this ship
I’ve been fortunate to cruise on the Ruby Princess twice. The first time was a full transit through the Panama Canal, which was an amazing experience. The second time was a recent three-week cruise to Alaska, which was equally amazing.
I can honestly say I enjoyed all the food on the Ruby Princess on both cruises, and I took advantage of just about all of the dining options that were available to me.

Sharing my all the Majestic Princess dining expereinces from my three week cruise across the Pacific.
I love sea days, which is why my cruises on the Majestic Princess were some of my most memorable.
I sailed on the Majestic Princess on a 21 day transpacific cruise from Los Angeles to Auckland, New Zealand, and also on a 14-day transatlantic cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Barcelona. These were both wonderful cruises with lots of lazy sea days and plenty of time to just relax. For me, the Majestic was the perfect ship for such a long, laid-back trip.

I certainly didn’t lack for food choices on my Regal Princess cruise. Good food is an important aspect of a cruising experience, and each person has their own idea of what constitutes a good meal.
I am somewhat of a foodie, but I also like a tasty burger and fries. With the many food options on board a Princess ship, I had no trouble finding something good to eat as I toured around the British Isles.

I was lounging in a deck chair with an Irish coffee in hand, tucked under a cozy blanket, and watching a movie on the big screen as the sun set behind me.
I do not think of myself as a princess – quite the contrary. But occasionally, I do like being treated like one. For a little while, it’s nice to have someone else make my bed, cook my meals, and bring me a specialty drink when I am in the mood for one.
A cruise gives me all this and more. I love being on the water. I love feeling the ship’s gentle rocking under my feet. I love staring at the ocean and watching the sunshine play on the waves. And I love feeling and smelling the salty breeze when I am on deck. Being on a ship gives me a sense of serenity that I don’t normally feel when I am on land.
